For this project, I developed a comprehensive brand identity for Mighty Mix, a unique protein pancake mix brand designed for young males focusing on increasing muscle mass. This project included logo design and packaging for three distinct flavors: chocolate, buttermilk, and blueberry.
The logo for Mighty Mix features a badge-style silhouette and typography inspired by historic Irish bars and beer brands, appealing to the target market. This design choice communicates strength and tradition, aligning with the brand’s focus on protein-rich foods for muscle growth. The packaging was designed to be as user-friendly and practical as possible. Each bottle comes pre-filled with the mix, requiring only the addition of water to create a ready-to-cook batter. Key features include a pour spout and measurement lines on the side of the bottle, enhancing convenience for users. To clearly distinguish between the three flavors, each package design incorporates unique elements corresponding to the flavor: rich brown for chocolate, butter yellow for buttermilk, and vibrant blue for blueberry. These color cues make it easy for customers to identify their preferred flavor quickly. The visual identity is consistent across all marketing materials, utilizing the same handcrafted design for logos, packaging, and promotional items. This ensures a cohesive brand presence that reinforces recognition and trust among customers.
The result was a distinctive brand identity that resonated with the target market, combining practicality with an appealing, strong design. The client received positive feedback for the easy-to-use packaging and cohesive visual style, which effectively communicated the brand's values and mission.
